Meet our organization's leadership team

Jacob Xu

Co-President

Jacob Xu is a student who has been passionate about the arts—especially painting—since first grade. His work has been exhibited throughout his home state of Virginia, including at Washington Dulles International Airport and Charlottesville. Having spent much of his early childhood in SACC, he carries a lasting appreciation for creative spaces that nurture growth and imagination. Today, he hopes to channel the vivid colors and expressive energy of his paintings into a broader mission: combining his love for art and the world to inspire young minds, foster creativity, and make a lasting impact on the next generation.

Angela Luo

Co-President

Angela Luo has loved art since taking her first lesson at the age of three. She finds it relaxing and enjoys using it as an outlet to express herself. Over time, her experiences with art have shaped her belief that it can inspire empathy and curiosity in students, seeing it as a way to connect with others. She hopes to share these experiences with her community, using creativity to uplift others. Because of this, she aspires to use art to create positive change on a larger scale, believing that every child deserves accessibility to creativity and the opportunity to feel valued and inspired.
